To be eligible for employment, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Language Proficiency: Effective communication and English language reading skills are essential.

• Driver's Licenses: For Tractor Trailer positions, a valid and current Class A CDL and medical card are required. For Box Truck positions, a valid Class C license with a current medical card is necessary.

• Driving History: No more than five (5) driving violations in the past five (5) years.

• Health Screening: Applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical exam and a drug test conducted by our company-designated medical provider.

• Marital and Familial Associations: To maintain a fair and impartial selection process, candidates who have a current affiliation with a Hi Pro, Inc. employee, either through a personal relationship or familial connection, will be deemed ineligible for consideration.
