How To Log Into The Samsara Electronic Logging Device:

1. Download and Install the Samsara Logbook App:

  • Go to the iOS App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

  • Search for "Samsara Driver" and download/install the app.

2. Create Your Profile:

  • Open the Samsara logbook app.

  • To set up your profile, you'll need to enter the following information:

    • Driver Fleet ID: Use "hpi" as the Fleet ID.

    • Username: Your username will have been generated and provided by the Hi Pro, Inc. Human Resources Department - you’ll want to retrieve this information from your email inbox.

    • Password: Your password will have been generated and provided by the Hi Pro, Inc. Human Resources Department - you’ll want to retrieve this information from your email inbox.

UKG Pro (UltiPro):

Get Started with the UKG Pro (UltiPro) App:

Begin by installing the UKG Pro (UltiPro) App on your device.

After installation, launch the UltiPro App and enter the unique access code provided by the Hi Pro, Inc. Human Resources Department.

To access your UltiPro UKG Employee account, log in using your username and password. The credentials will have already been emailed to you by the Human Resources Department. Typically, your login will be your email address and the password will be your date of birth (DDMMYY), however, you’ll want to retrieve that email from H.R. to ensure that you do not lock yourself out of your account.
